摘　　要：基于资源基础理论探讨了城镇化发展对中国企业对外直接投资的影响效果,并利用2004~2009年中国企业的相关数据进行了实证检验。研究发现:城镇化发展水平越高地区的企业,进行对外直接投资的可能性更高。进行阶段性划分后发现,2008年以前,城镇化发展对中国企业的对外直接投资具有显著的正向影响,而2008年以后,城镇化发展不能显著促进中国企业的对外直接投资。影响机制分析发现,城镇化发展通过加强企业无形资源与有形资源的积累进而促进了企业的对外直接投资,并且企业有形资源积累的影响效果更强。In a resource-based view,this paper discusses the impact of urbanization on Chinese enterprises’ outward foreign direct investment,and uses the relevant data of Chinese enterprises from 2004 to 2009 to conduct an empirical test.The study finds that:in the regions with high urbanization rates,the enterprises had higher possibility to make outward foreign direct investment.After phased division,it is found that before 2008,urbanization development had a significantly positive impact on Chinese enterprises’ outward foreign direct investment;and after 2008,urbanization development could not significantly promote Chinese enterprises’ outward foreign direct investment.The analysis of the impact mechanism indicates that urbanization promotes direct foreign investment of enterprises by strengthening the accumulation of intangible resources and tangible resources of enterprises,and has a stronger effect through the accumulation of tangible resources of enterprises.
