摘 要:针对风力灭火机不易通过人力旋转叶轮实现起动的问题,对风力灭火机的电起动机构进行了研究,对其关键部件的强度进行了分析。在Pro/E中建立了风力灭火机起动机构三维实体模型,并用ANSYS软件的Workbench仿真平台进行了有限元法静力学分析;根据材料力学第四强度理论,对关键部件进行了强度校核;最后对新设计的风力灭火机电起动系统进行了试验,提出了一种针对选配汽油机设计相适应的电起动方案。研究结果表明:该电起动机构强度基本符合工作要求,可稳定起动所针对的较高功率风力灭火机。Aiming at the manual start of portable pneumatic extinguisher by rotating the impeller,the components of electric starter were designed.The strength of the key components were analyzed.In Pro/E,a three-dimensional entity model of the starting mechanism of the portable pneumatic extinguisher was established,the static analysis of the finite element method was carried out with the workbench simulation platform of ANSYS.The strength of key components was checked according to the fourth strength theory of material mechanics.The reliability verification of the new start system of the portable pneumatic extinguisher was tested.An electric starting scheme suitable for the optional gasoline engine was put forward.The results indicate that the strength of the electric starting mechanism basically meets the working requirements,and it can stably start the high-power portable pneumatic extinguisher.
