摘 要:调研了工业烟气余热回收的国内外发展现状及趋势,重点阐述了熔炼炉烟气余热回收技术在汽车轮毂制造行业中的应用。该技术可以回收熔炼炉烟气的高品质余热,利用开发的烟气余热智能控制系统,将烟气余热应用于轮毂涂装预处理工艺,实现了烟气余热的回收再利用。通过对烟气余热回收再利用技术的参数分析及现场跟踪调研,论述了熔炼炉余热回收再利用的可行性,实际应用后将可创造较大的经济效益及社会效益。Investigate the domestic and international development status and trends of industrial flue gas waste heat recovery, focusing on the application of smelting furnace flue gas waste heat recovery technology in the automobile wheel manufacturing industry. This technology can recover the high-quality waste heat of the smelting furnace flue gas. Using the developed flue gas waste heat intelligent control system, the flue gas waste heat is applied to the wheel hub coating pretreatment process to realize the recovery and reuse of the flue gas waste heat. Through the analysis of the parameters of the flue gas waste heat recovery and reuse technology and on-site follow-up investigation, the feasibility of the waste heat recovery and reuse of the smelting furnace was discussed, and greater economic and social benefits were created after actual application.
