摘  要:目的探究功能性电刺激同步下肢智能反馈训练系统对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响。方法 80例行康复治疗的脑卒中偏瘫下肢运动功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予功能性电刺激同步下肢智能反馈训练系统治疗。比较两组患者的下肢运动功能、步行功能、"站起-行走"计时测试(TUGT)结果。结果治疗2、4周后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评价量表(FMI)评分分别为(18.96±3.37)、(25.58±4.17)分,均高于对照组的(14.42±3.15)、(16.36±3.55)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的步行功能优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组的TUGT为(15.86±4.69)s,短于对照组的(23.54±4.12)s,差异有统计学意义(t=7.781, P=0.000<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组的TUGT为(8.42±1.13)s,短于对照组的(18.97±2.67)s,差异有统计学意义(t=23.014, P=0.000<0.05)。结论功能性电刺激同步下肢智能反馈训练系统可促进脑卒中患者下肢运动功能恢复,显著改善患者的步行能力,值得在临床中探讨和推广。Objective To investigate the effect of functional electrical stimulation and lower-limb intelligent feedback training system on lower-limb motor function of stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia lower limb motor dysfunction undegoing rehabilitation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received functional electrical stimulation and lower-limb intelligent feedback training system on the basis of the control group. The lower-limb motor function, walking function, and time "up and go" test(TUGT) results between the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, Fugl-Meyer index(FMI) score of the observation group was(18.96±3.37) and(25.58± 4.17) points, which was higher than that of the control group(14.42±3.15) and(16.36±3.55) points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, the walking function of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2 weeks after treatment, TUGT of the observation group was(15.86±4.69) s, which was shorter than that of the control group(23.54±4.12) s, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.781, P=0.000<0.05). 4 weeks after treatment, TUGT of the observation group was(8.42±1.13) s, which was shorter than that of the control group(18.97±2.67) s, and the difference was statistically significant(t=23.014, P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion The functional electrical stimulation and lower-limb intelligent feedback training system can promote the recovery of lower-limb motor function of stroke patients and significantly improve the walking ability of patients, which is worthy of discussion and promotion in the clinic.
