摘 要:为研究慢性冷应激对西门塔尔母牛免疫功能、抗氧化功能及血清激素分泌的影响,选取在内蒙古锡林郭勒草原体况相近,体质健康的全年放牧西门塔尔牛母牛各8头,并于试验期最后1 d清晨进行颈静脉采血并制备血清,采用ELISA方法检测血清中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素释放激素(ACTH)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、生长激素(GH)、糖皮质激素(GC)、葡萄糖(GLU)及尿素氮(BUN)的含量。结果表明冷应激对西门塔尔母牛产生了较强的应激:与非应激期相比,冷应激状态下西门塔尔母牛血液中的T3、T4、ACTH、GC及GLU等血清激素分泌显著升高(P<0.05),GH含量显著下降(P<0.05),TSH及BUN含量差异不显著(P>0.05);冷应激引起西门塔尔母牛血清中IL-2、IL-4、IgA、IgG和T-AOC含量显著降低(P<0.05),MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05),但IgM和SOD含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,冬季低温环境对西门塔尔母牛造成了较严重应激,HPA轴被激活,机体产热增加以抵抗低温应激;在低温应激刺激下,西门塔尔母牛免疫功能和抗氧化功能遭受严重破坏,说明西门塔尔牛对内蒙古草原冬季低温环境适应能力不足。In order to study the effects of chronic cold stress on immune function,antioxidant function and serum hormone secretion of Simmental cows,Simmental cows with similar body condition and healthy health were selected to graze Simmental cows in Xilingol Grassland of Inner Mongolia The serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,SOD,MDA,T-AOC,T3,T4 and TSH were detected by ELISA The contents of ACTH,TSH,GH,GC,Glu and BUN were determined.The results showed that cold stress had a strong stress on Simmental cows:compared with the non stress stage,the secretion of serum hormones such as T3,T4,ACTH,GC and Glu in the blood of Simmental cows were significantly increased(P<0.05),GH content was significantly decreased(P<0.05),TSH and BUN contents were not significantly different(P>0.05);cold stress caused serum IL-2,ACTH,GC and Glu in Simmental cows The contents of IL-4,IgA,IgG and T-AOC were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of MDA was significantly increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the contents of IgM and SOD(P>0.05).In conclusion,the cold environment in winter caused serious stress to Simmental cows,HPA axis was activated,and the body heat production increased to resist low temperature stress;under the stimulation of low temperature stress,the immune function and antioxidant function of Simmental cows were seriously damaged,which indicated that Simmental cows had insufficient adaptability to low temperature environment in Inner Mongolia Grassland in winter.
