摘　　要：中医康复疗法传承中医精髓,针刺、推拿以及功法锻炼等方法的应用是中医康复学的优势所在。《黄帝内经》中提到治未病理论对于与功能障碍相关疾病的预防具有重要意义。中医认为"养神"与"养形"同等重要,机体功能障碍的降低与"形"和"神"的关系紧密相连。从中国现有的康复人才整体结构来看,目前缺乏高学历水平的中医康复人才。高校在人才培养的过程中扮有重要角色,学科建设水平尤为重要。此外,临床经验不足是贯穿于整个人才培养过程中的短板问题,中医康复医学的发展离不开临床实践与中医康复人才培养模式的完善。中医康复医学体系化发展能力的发掘势在必行。The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy inherits the essence of traditional Chinese medicine,and the application of acupuncture,massage,and exercise is the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation.The theory of prevention of diseases mentioned in Huangdi Neijing is of great significance for the prevention of diseases related to dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine holds that"nourishing the spirit"is as important as"nourishing the form".The reduction of body dysfunction is closely related to the relationship between"form"and"spirit".From the perspective of the overall structure of rehabilitation talents in China,there is currently a lack of TCM rehabilitation talents with high education level.Colleges and universities play an important role in the process of talent training,and the level of discipline construction is particularly important.In addition,the lack of clinical experience is a short board problem throughout the whole process of personnel training.The development of TCM rehabilitation medicine cannot be separated from clinical practice and the improvement of TCM rehabilitation personnel training mode.It is imperative to explore the systematic development ability of TCM rehabilitation medicine.
