摘　　要：认识"内生五邪"与胃食管反流病的关系为临床诊疗提供了新的思路。胃食管反流病发病过程中,内风、内寒、内湿、内燥、内火(热)等综合性病机导致气血津液、脏腑阴阳的异常变化,胃失和降,胃气上逆。治疗可随证运用疏肝泄热、和胃抑酸,运脾温阳、平胃化湿,宣肺健脾、养阴润燥等治法,以清涤内热、疏解内风、祛化内湿、温散内寒、濡润内燥为目标,体现了中医调和脏腑、燮理阴阳的治疗特色。Understanding the relationship between"endophytic five evils"and gastroesophageal reflux disease provides a new idea for clinical diagnosis and treatment.From the five comprehensive pathogenesis of internal wind,internal cold,internal dampness,internal dryness and internal fire(heat),the abnormal changes of qi and blood and yin and yang in the development of gastroesophageal reflux disease were discussed.The treatment of the disease can flexibly use soothing the liver and releasing heat,and inhibiting acid in the stomach;nourishing the spleen and warming the yang,calming the stomach and removing dampness;ventilating lung and invigorating the spleen,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,in order to clear the internal heat,relieve the internal wind,dispel the internal dampness,warm and disperse the internal cold,moisten the internal drynesswhich embodies the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of reconciling the Zang fu organs and regulating yin and yang.
