摘　　要：为了预防煤矿斜巷轨道运输跑车事故,规范斜巷轨道运输安全设施设置和现场作业人员的操作行为,对矿井斜巷轨道运输安全基础设施进行了改造完善,尤其对斜巷轨道运输保险绳的设置方式、连接方法、安全系数、长度、绳径选择等方面进行了系统的分析研究,纠正了不正确的思想认识和经验做法,提出了斜巷轨道运输保险绳的具体设置要求,使基层单位辅助运输管理人员有章可循,使现场作业人员能够正确操作,避免了因保险绳设置、使用方面而引发的斜巷轨道运输跑车事故。In order to prevent the derailing accident in coal mine inclined rail roadway,standardize the setting of safety facilities for inclined lane rail transportation and the operation behaviors,the safety infrastructure is reformed and improved for rail transportation of mine inclined roadways.In particular,the setting mode,connection method,safety factor,length and rope diameter selection of inclined lane rail transportation are systematically analyzed and studied,which corrects the false ideological understanding and experience.The specific setting requirements of inclined roadway rail transportation safety rope is put forward in detail,so that the auxiliary transportation management personnel of grass-roots units can follow the rules,make the field operators operate correctly,and avoid the running accident of inclined roadway rail transportation caused by the incorrect setting and use of safety rope.
