民族地区绿色经济发展区域差异与空间溢出效应研究——以内蒙古自治区为例

摘　　要：基于2001~2018年内蒙古12盟市的面板数据,利用Super-SBM模型测算各盟市多年绿色经济效率值。结果表明,内蒙古绿色经济发展存在时空格局演变,各盟市的绿色经济效率虽然显示一定的波动,但都是在不断提升的,整体形成了以中部地区绿色经济效率高、东西部相对较低的空间格局,此外,在研究时段内,各盟市绿色经济发展差距在经历了较大的波动之后,呈现缓慢缩小的趋势,但还是存在不小的差异。在此基础上,运用空间杜宾模型进行回归分析,发现内蒙古绿色经济效率存在较为显著的空间溢出效应。Based on the panel data of 12 League cities in Inner Mongolia from 2001 to 2018,the Super-SBM model was used to calculate the green economic efficiency value of each League city during many years.The results show that there is a spatial and temporal pattern evolution of the green economy development in Inner Mongolia.Although the green economic efficiency of all the cities shows a certain fluctuation,it is constantly improving.Overall,the green economy efficiency is high in the central region and relatively low in east and west regions.In addition,the green economy development gap of all the cities showed a trend of slowly narrowing after experiencing large fluctuations during the study period,but there are still large differences.On this basis,the spatial Dubin model was used to conduct regression analysis in this paper.It is found that there is a significant spatial spillover effect in Inner Mongolia’s green economic efficiency.
