摘  要:目的构建家庭药师岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法采用文献研究法、定性访谈法、专家咨询法设计家庭药师岗位胜任力评价指标权重咨询表,确定指标体系的权重,应用指标体系对家庭药师岗位胜任力开展实证评价,并对相关因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果问卷有效回收率为100.00%,构建的家庭药师岗位胜任力评价指标体系含一级指标3个、二级指标12个,一级指标权重分别为0.1235,0.5819,0.2946;在实证评价中,家庭药师的专业知识水平得分率较低(76.00%);药师工作年限与个人特质、专业胜任力、患者3个维度的总分均呈正相关(r1=0.41,P1<0.05;r2=0.27,P2=0.01;r3=0.37,P3<0.05)。结论该研究中构建的评价指标体系指标明确,可为家庭药师的培养和考核评价提供量化依据。家庭药师要重视专业知识的学习。Objective To construct a competency evaluation index system of family pharmacist. Methods The literature research method,qualitative interview method,and expert consultation method were used to design the family pharmacist post competency evaluation index weight consultation table,determine the weight of the index system,apply the index system to carry out empirical evaluation of family pharmacist post competence,and diversify related factors by linear regression analysis. Results The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100. 00%. The constructed family pharmacist post competency evaluation index system included 3 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,with the weights of the first-level indicators being 0. 123 5,0. 581 9,0. 294 6,respectively;in the empirical evaluation,the professional knowledge level of family pharmacists is low( 76. 00%);the pharmacist’s working years were positively correlated with the total scores of the three dimensions of personal traits,professional competence,and patients( r1= 0. 41,P1 < 0. 05;r2 = 0. 27,P2 = 0. 01;r3 = 0. 37,P3 < 0. 05). Conclusions The evaluation index system constructed in this study has clear indicators and can provide a quantitative basis for the training and evaluation of family pharmacists. Family pharmacists should pay attention to the study of professional knowledge.
