摘　　要：臭节草是滇西南地区民间常用药物,为了解其所含的化学成分,采用植物化学成分系统预试法,初步测定其主要化学成分,结果表明:臭节草主要含有生物碱、甙类、黄酮、还原糖、多糖等多种化学成分。其中以生物碱和糖类(还原糖和多糖)的反应最为明显,用氨水和氯仿分别提取臭节草地上部分和地下部分的生物碱,得生物碱氯仿萃取部分0.0921g和0.0784g。采用薄层色谱技术分析臭节草生物碱的种类,采用4种展开剂展开,改良碘化铋钾显色,在365nm出检测显色斑块,只有以氯仿-丙酮-氨水(50:20:0.3)为展开系统中可看到明显的荧光点,其余三种均未观察到荧光点,其中地上部分有6个荧光点(Rf值分别为0.41,0.60,0.62,0.69,0.74和0.89),地下部分有4个荧光点(Rf值为0.39,0.54,0.68,0.96)。Boenninghausenia albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.is Pu'er area folk commonly used drugs,in order to understand the chemical constituents contained in the article,the pre test system of plant chemical composition,preliminary determination of its major chemical constituents,the results show that the smelly grass mainly contains alkaloids,glycosides,flavonoids,reducing sugar,polysaccharide and other chemical components including alkaloids.And sugar(sugar and polysaccharides)was most obvious,were extracted from Boenninghausenia grassland and underground part of alkaloids with ammonia and chloroform was chloroform part of 0.0921g alkaloids and 0.0784g,using the TLC method,using 4 kinds of expansion agent,modified bismuth potassium iodide color,in 365nm detection of color patches,only with chloroform acetone and ammonia(50:20:0.3)as the system can see obvious fluorescence,the other three were not observed in fluorescence.Boenninghausenia grass has 6 dots(Rf=0.41,0.60,0.62,0.69,0.74 and 0.89).The underground part has 4 dots(Rf=0.39,0.54,0.68,0.96).
