摘　　要：微球技术是一种新型药物传递系统工艺和基础。在针对盐酸二甲双胍药物载药微球制备工艺分析后,可采用实验分析其包封率和缓释效果,以能够提高盐酸二甲双胍药物应用效果。Microsphere technology is a new technology and foundation of drug delivery system.After analyzing the preparation process of metformin hydrochloride microspheres,we can use experiments to analyze the encapsulation efficiency and sustained-release effect,so as to improve the application effect of metformin hydrochloride.
