摘  要:共建共享理念为农村体育场地设施科学布局、合理规划提供了新的出路。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国农村社区和学校体育场地器材共建共享的困境进行深入分析。研究认为共建共享过程中面临的困境有:1)农村政策执行主体意识薄弱和健身主体参与度低;2)场地器材建设乏力;3)专业性体育人才缺乏;4)尚没有完善的场地服务机制,这些困境导致共建共享的步伐严重受挫。为促进共建共享快速发展、切实改善农村地区学生和村民体质健康,提出要提高政策执行主体意识和加强体育知识宣传;采用多元化资金筹集和制定合理的建设方案;引进专业性体育人才科学指导和管理以及建立完善的服务机制等对策。The concept of co-construction and sharing provides a new way for the scientific distribution and reasonable planning of rural sports facilities.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper makes a deep analysis of the difficulties in the co-construction and sharing of sports facilities in China rural communities and schools.The difficulties faced in the process of co-construction and sharing are,1)weak awareness of the main body of rural policy implementation and low participation of the main body of fitness;2)weak construction of venues and equipment;3)lack of professional sports talents;4)without perfect service mechanism of venues and equipment.These dilemma has seriously frustrated the pace of coconstruction and sharing.In order to promote the rapid development of co-construction and sharing,and improve the physical health of students and villagers in rural areas,it is proposed that we should improve the sports awareness of main body of rural policy implementation and strengthen the publicity of sports knowledge;adopt diversified funds to raise and formulate reasonable construction plans;introduce professional sports talents for scientific guidance and management;establish a perfect service mechanism.
