摘 要:采用化学沉降法成功合成了CdS纳米粒子,并将其应用于合成染料的光催化降解,同时探讨了CdS纳米粒子对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)细胞的生物毒性作用。结果表明:(1)CdS纳米粒子为立方和六面晶型的混合物。(2)光照条件下,4h时甲基橙、考马斯亮蓝及刚果红脱色率均为70%以上;黑暗条件下均不超过30%。CdS纳米粒子可在可见光照射条件下高效催化各类染料脱色。(3)CdS纳米粒子在第1次光催化循环内对体系中甲基橙的脱色率为64%,第2、3次分别可达到51%、36%。CdS纳米粒子有能力对连续添加的染料进行降解。(4)CdS纳米粒子对大肠杆菌具有较高生物毒性。CdS nanoparticles(NPs)was synthesized by the chemical precipitation method and applied to the photocatalytic degradation of synthetic dyes.Meanwhile,the biological toxicity of CdS NPs was discussed on Escherichia coli cells.The results showed that:(1)CdS NPs were a mixture of cubic and hexagonal crystals.(2)Under the light condition,the decolorization rate of methyl orange,Coomassie brilliant blue and Congo red reached more than 70%at 4 h,and less than 30%under dark condition.CdS NPs could efficiently catalyze the decolorization of all kinds of dyes under visible light irradiation.(3)In the first photocatalytic cycle,the decolorization rate of methyl orange by CdS NPs was 64%,and then the decolorization rates of the second and third times were 51%and 36%.CdS NPs had the ability to decolorize repeated additions of dye.(4)CdS NPs were high biological toxicity to Escherichia coli.
