摘　　要：某公司为烷基化装置配套新建一套150 kt/a硫酸装置,采用硫化氢制酸和废酸裂解"两个头",共用干吸、转化、尾吸、稀酸处理等工段。分析了不同类型的分酸器在干吸塔中的使用情况,从设备结构、设计与制造、安装、运行等方面,重点介绍了碟式分酸器在硫制酸装置干吸塔中的应用。A company installed a 150 kt/a sulphuric acid unit for the alkylation unit,based on both H2S and spent acid,which share sections including drying and absorption,conversion,tailgas absorption and dilute acid treatment. The use of different types of acid distributors in the drying and absorption tower is analyzed,and the application of dish acid distributor in the drying and absorption tower of the sulphuric acid unit in terms of equipment construction,design,fabrication,installation and operation is highlighted.
