摘　　要：原发性精囊腺癌是临床上一种极为罕见的生殖系统恶性肿瘤。本文报道1例21岁的原发性精囊腺癌,患者在未行手术治疗的情况下,经过6个周期化疗,后行盆腔放疗,无进展生存4.5年。后复查发现肿瘤盆腔局部复发,行腹腔镜根治性前列腺精囊切除术。术后随访10个月无局部复发及转移。Primary seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma is a rare malignant tumor of reproductive system.A 21-year-old patient with primary seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma was treated in our hospital in August 2014.Without surgical treatment,the patient survived for 4.5 years after 6 cycles of chemotherapy and pelvic radiotherapy.Local recurrence was found in February 2019 and laparoscopic radical prostatectomy was performed.There was no local recurrence and metastasis after follow-up for 10 months.
