摘　　要：T1期肺癌是指肿瘤最大直径≤3 cm,周围由肺或脏层胸膜包绕,支气管镜下未超出叶支气管。一般预后较好,不过其中有一部分侵袭性较高,还需更"激进"的治疗方案方能达到最佳预后。本文就哪些T1期肺癌容易发生转移及其危险因素展开综述,期望此类患者能得到相关学者的重视,当临床遇到此类患者时,采取更"激进"的处理方式,尽可能延长其生存期。Stage T1 lung cancer refers to the tumor with maximum diameter≤3 cm,surrounded by the pleural membrane of the lung or viscera,and does not exceed the lobar bronchus under the bronchoscope.The prognosis is generally good,but some of them are more invasive,and more aggressive treatments are needed to achieve the best prognosis.This article reviews which T1 lung cancers are susceptible to metastasis and their risk factors.It is hoped that such patients will receive the attention of relevant scholars,and when they are encountered clinically,a more aggressive approach will be taken to extend their life expectancy.
