幽门螺杆菌根除患者的药学干预研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师针对幽门螺杆菌感染患者的工作模式及实践经验。方法对124例明确诊断幽门螺杆菌感染的患者进行药学查房,了解患者病史及用药史,评估根除方案的合理性。之后,了解患者用药方法的正确性,用药疗程的知晓率以及对不良反应的了解程度。患者出院时,再次对上述指标进行评价并统计不良反应发生率。结果经过药学干预,患者用药错误率由查房前的26.61%降至3.23%;对用药疗程的知晓率由66.13%升高至95.16%;对不良反应的认知程度评分由(1.80±0.78)分升高至(2.14±0.68)分(P<0.01)。结论临床药师可以发挥其专业特长,减少幽门螺杆菌根除患者用药差错,增加患者对用药的了解,提高患者依从性。Objective To explore the working mode and practical experience of clinical pharmacists for patients with Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods Totally 124 patients with definite diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection were investigated for their medical history and medication history,and the rationality of eradication program was evaluated.After that,the correctness of the medication method,the awareness rate of the medication course and the understanding degree of adverse reactions were recorded.At the time of discharge,the above indexes were evaluated again and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results After pharmaceutical intervention,the medication error rate of patients decreased from 26.6%to 3.23%;the awareness rate of medication courses increased from 66.13%to 95.16%;the cognitive score of adverse reactions increased from(1.80±0.78)to(2.14±0.68)(P<0.01).Conclusion Pharmacists can maximize their professional expertise to reduce medication errors of patients,increase their understanding of medication,and improve their compliance.
