摘  要:蛋氨酸脑啡肽(Methionine enkephalin,MENK)是一种人体自分泌肽,可以调节免疫细胞的增殖和细胞因子的合成和释放,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,达到改善病情、提高机体免疫功能、延长患者生命的目的。MENK具有无细胞毒性、无依赖性和无撤药反应的优点,在肿瘤治疗中较目前化疗药物更加安全,与其他化疗药物合用时不增加其不良反应,是一种新型、有潜力的化疗药物佐剂。本文对MENK抑制肿瘤的作用机制及相关问题进行探讨。Methionine enkephalin(MENK)is a human autocrine peptide,which can regulate the proliferation of immune cells and the synthesis and release of cytokines,and inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells to achieve the purpose of improving the condition and immune function and prolonging the life of patients.MENK has the advantages of being without cytotoxicity,dependence or withdrawal reaction.It is safer than current chemotherapeutics in tumor treatment and does not increase adverse effects when being used in combination with other chemotherapeutics.It is a new and promising adjuvant drug for chemotherapy.This article reviews the mechanism of MENK in the inhibition of tumors and some related issues.
