摘 要:留学生教育对当代英国的影响是全方位的,这种影响与英国留学生教育的长期发展密切相关。自20世纪80年代以来,英国留学生教育体现出较为明确的阶段性,在全费时代、品牌建设时代和品质提升时代表现出了不同的政策取向和侧重点。其间,由中央政府、高等学校、第三方机构以及其他国家所形成的动力机制发生了较为显著的变化,留学生教育系统也因此被重塑,形成了以中央政府为主、以学术权威为辅的"新英国模式"。International education had thorough impact on the contemporary UK.This kind of impact was closely related to the long-term development of the international education in the UK.Since the 1980 s,the development of international education in UK had shown relatively clear phases,which were in turn full fees,brand building and quality improvement.Each phase showed different policy orientations and priorities.Meanwhile,the dynamic mechanism formed by the central government,higher education institutions,thirdparty organizations and other countries had changed significantly,and the international education system had been reshaped to a"new UK model"formed with the central government as the main body and academic authority as the auxiliary.
