摘　　要：随着数字化生活的到来,生活节奏也变得越来越快,人们也希望水电费用的缴费方式能够更加便利,于是便出现了线上缴纳水电费。基于此,笔者对水电费用管理系统进行了探讨研究,并设计了基于UML的系统设计。With the advent of digital life,people's pace of life has become faster and faster,and people also hope that the payment method of water and electricity charges can be more convenient,so online payment of water and electricity fees appears.Based on this,the author discusses the hydropower cost management system,and designs the system design based on UML.
