摘　　要：文章阐述了国外乡村发展规划和生态环境保护的策略,各国乡村规划体系的基本经验和主要特点虽不同,但其发展的总体目标明确,推进城乡统筹发展、因地制宜地进行乡村建设的实践丰富,详细制定了乡村发展规划和生态保护策略,对中国乡村文化传承和产业经济转型有着重要的启示。美丽乡村建设要将农业产业与文化产业相结合,以实现经济可持续发展、生态环境良好、社会进步和乡土文化延续。This paper expounds the strategies of rural development planning and ecological environment protection in foreign countries. Although the basic experience and main characteristics of rural planning systems in different countries are different, the overall goal of their development is clear, the practice of promoting the overall development of urban and rural areas and rural construction in accordance with local conditions is rich, and the strategies of rural development planning and ecological protection are formulated in detail, so as to inherit Chinese rural culture and industrial economy Economic transformation has important implications. In order to realize the sustainable development of economy, good ecological environment, social progress and the continuation of local culture, the construction of beautiful countryside should combine the agricultural industry with the cultural industry.
