摘 要:对国内外亚微米球形二氧化硅微粉(以下简称亚微米球形硅微粉)的制备技术进行了综述。重点描述了江苏联瑞新材料股份有限公司通过与南京理工大学开展紧密产学研合作,自主创新,对亚微米球形硅微粉的制备机理进行了研究,建立了亚微米球形硅微粉制备过程中炉膛内的温度场及球化过程模型,研究了一种制备亚微米球形硅微粉的新方法。分析结果表明,制备的产品具有无定型含量高、表面光滑、分散性好、粒度分布适当和纯度高等特点,并已成功进行数吨级大批量工业化生产,此方法及其产品应用前景广阔。The preparation technology of submicron spherical silica powder at home and abroad was summarized.The preparation mechanism research of submicron spherical silica powder was finished which was innovatively developed by Novoray Corporation and Nanjing University of Science and Technology through university-industry cooperation,the model of temperature field in furnace and spheroidizing process during preparation of submicron spherical silica powder was established.A new method of preparation of submicron spherical silica powder was developed.The results showed that the product produced by this method had high content of amorphous,smooth surface,high dispersibility,proper particle size distribution and high purity,and it was successfully carried out in several tons of mass industrial production,which had a broad application prospect.
