On the Overseas Chinese Language Documentation Studies

摘　　要：数百年来,华侨华人因生产生活的需要创造出大量的华文文献。面对丰厚的文化遗产,为进一步科学、充分地发掘华文文献的学术价值和文化价值,应将华文文献学的建设提上日程。华文文献学以华文文献为研究对象,以编撰《海外华文文献总目》为主要目标,全面掌握华文文献的特点、类型、典藏、分布等情况,在此基础上进行华文文献学的理论建设,提升整理和利用华文文献的水平。For hundreds of years,overseas Chinese have produced a large number of documents in Chinese concerning their life and work.With the rich cultural heritage,the construction of the overseas Chinese language documentation studies ought to to be put on the agenda so as to further explore the academic and cultural value of the overseas documents in Chinese.With the overseas documents in Chinese as the research contents and the compilation of the General Catalog of the Overseas Documents in Chinese as the main objective,the overseas Chinese language documentation studies aims at a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics,types,collections and distribution of the overseas documents in Chinese.On the basis of this,the theoretical construction of overseas Chinese language documentation studies will be carried out to improve the efficiency of sorting and using overseas documents in Chinese.
