疏肝健脾汤治疗肝癌化疗栓塞术后胃肠反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究针对肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)后出现胃肠反应的患者应用疏肝健脾汤的价值。方法纳入2018年9月—2019年6月于外院行TACE术后出现胃肠道反应治疗的60例肝癌患者。依据病历单双号随机选出30例予以西医保守对症治疗(研究1组),另外30例在研究1组的基础之上实施疏肝健脾汤治疗(研究2组),评估2组胃肠反应严重程度、中医证候评分及生存质量。结果研究2组胃肠反应严重程度相比研究1组较轻;治疗后研究2组各项中医证候评分均优于研究1组;研究2组治疗1个疗程及2个疗程后生存质量评分显著高于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论针对TACE后出现胃肠反应的患者应用疏肝健脾汤具有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical value of Shugan Jianpi decoction on gastrointestinal reaction after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods 60 liver cancer patients with gastrointestinal reaction treated from September 2018 to June 2019 in the outpatient and inpatient departments were selected.According to odd and even medical record number,patients were assigned to two groups,30 cases in each group.Group one was treated with western medicine;on the basis of the former,group two was treated with Shugan Jianpi decoction.The gastrointestinal reaction degree,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life were evaluated.Results The gastrointestinal reaction degree in group two was milder than group one.TCM syndrome scores in group two were better than group one.After one and two treatment courses,quality of life scores in group two were higher than group one(P<0.05).Conclusion After TACE,Shugan Jianpi decoction is of great importance to treatment of gastrointestinal reaction.
