摘 要:笔者用含不同水平维生素E(VE)的日粮饲喂雏鸡至21日龄,对试验组雏鸡进行急性热应激处理(38±1℃,湿度60%~70%)2 h、5 h和10 h,各时间点分别进行心脏采血,测定血清NO含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性,探索VE对热应激所致雏鸡抗氧化功能损伤的影响。结果表明,在各时间点,随着饲料中VE添加剂量的增加,血清NO含量逐渐下降,血清GSH-Px活性逐渐回升。表明VE具有缓解急性热应激造成雏鸡抗氧化损伤的作用。Chicks were fed daily ration containing different leVEls of vitamin E(VE)to 21 days.The chicks in the experimental group were treated with acute heat stress(38±1℃,humidity 60%~70%)for 2 h,5 h and 10 h.Blood was collected from the heart at each time point,and the serum NO content and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity were measured to explore the effect of VE on the antioxidatiVE function damage induced by heat stress in chicks.The results showed that serum NO content gradually decreased,and serum GSH-Px activity gradually increased with the increase of VE dosage at each time point,which showed that VE can alleviate the anti-oxidatiVE damage of chicks caused by acute heat stress.
