摘  要:针对掘进机截割控制多采用人工换挡调节等问题,设计了一种基于模糊PID优化的截割电机变频调速控制系统。以DSP和FPGA为硬件平台,采用双闭环控制,通过模糊算法在线整定PID参数,优化截割电机在不同载荷条件下的运行状态。该系统具有较强的鲁棒性,可根据载荷变化动态调整截割电机运行,可提高掘进机的工作效率和稳定性。Aiming at the problems of manual adjustment for the cutting control of roadheader,the frequency conversion speed control system of cutting motor has been designed based on fuzzy PID.Taking DSP and FPGA as the hardware platform and using the dual closed-loop control framework,PID parameters were tuned online by fuzzy algorithm to optimize the operating state of the cutting motor under different load conditions.The system has strong robustness,which can dynamically adjust the operation of the cutting motor according to the load change,as well as improve the working efficiency and stability of the roadheader.
