摘  要:基于工学结合,对接《悉尼协议》国际标准之隐性职业素养培养方式,立足于全面培养高职院校学生的隐性职业素养,重点以计算机网络技术专业学生为调研对象,借助腾讯问卷微信平台,制定了针对学生不同学习阶段:入学、实习前、实习后、毕业后一年等四个阶段的隐性职业素养状态的监测与量化评价体系,明确了评价指标和权重系数,有效发挥评价结果的作用,科学指导学生隐性职业素养的培养,并实现监测与评价的持续改进,有效促进学生终身学习能力的意识教育和培养。Based on the combination of work and study, connecting with the international standard of "Sydney Accord", and based on the overall cultivation of vocational college students’ recessive professional quality, the research focuses on computer network technology students, with the help of tencent’s questionnaire wechat platform, was finished. And a monitoring and quantitative evaluation system has been developed for the status of students’ recessive professional literacy in four stages: entrance, pre-practice, post-practice and one year after graduation. Clear evaluation indicators and weight coefficient, effectively play the role of evaluation results, scientific guidance of the cultivation of students’ hidden professional quality, and to achieve continuous improvement of monitoring and evaluation, consciousness education and cultivation of effectively promoting students ’lifelong learning ability.
