摘　　要：语言不仅是人类社会最重要的交际手段,也是人类思维的工具。语言在社会的发展中,尤其是少数民族社会的发展中,发挥着重要的作用。越南少数民族的社会发展程度较低,发展语言成为当前越南少数民族的迫切需求。制定既符合客观现实又能满足实际需求的语言文化政策,有助于越南少数民族的社会发展。Language is not only the most important means of communication but also a tool of thought in human society.Language plays an important role in the development of the society,especially in that of national minorities.The development degree of the society of Vietnamese national minorities is relatively low and the development of language has become their urgent needs.Formulating language and culture policies according to objective reality and satisfying actual demands will contribute to the development of the society of national minorities in Vietnam.
