摘 要:目的调查肺癌化疗患者营养不良的发生率和危险因素,并根据风险因素提出相应的护理对策.方法采用前瞻性研究设计,分析2018年11月~2019年10月在我院住院的51例肺癌化疗患者营养不良发生率,并采用二分类Logistic回归最大似然估计前进法分析营养不良的危险因素.结果肺癌化疗患者营养不良发生率52.94%;多因素回归分析结果显示,年龄、肺癌分期、疼痛程度、抑郁症状、前一周饮食及行动能力是肺癌化疗患者营养不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论肺癌化疗患者营养不良的发生率较高,社会人口学因素、疾病因素、饮食情况及心理因素都会对肺癌化疗患者的营养状况带来严重影响.提示临床医务人员应积极采取全方位、多途径干预方法解决患者存在的可控危险因素,对于不可控危险因素也应从其他方面加大营养支持,以缓冲对肺癌化疗患者营养状态的影响,从而提高患者机体免疫力,提高治疗效果.Objective To investigate the incidence and risk factors of malnutrition in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,and to put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures according to the risk factors.Methods A prospective study design was used to analyze the incidence of malnutrition in 51 lung cancer patients hospitalized in Foshan first people's hospital from November 2018 to October 2019,and the risk factors of malnutrition were analyzed by binary logistic regression maximum likelihood estimation.Results The incidence of malnutrition in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was 52.94%.Regression analysis showed that age,stage of lung cancer,degree of pain,depressive symptoms,diet and mobility in the previous week were independent risk factors for malnutrition in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy is high,and socio-demographic factors,disease factors,diet and psychological factors will have a serious impact on the nutritional status of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.It is suggested that clinical medical personnel should actively adopt all-round and multi-channel intervention Methods to solve the controllable risk factors of patients,and increase nutritional support for uncontrolled risk factors from other aspects to buffer their impact on the nutritional status of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy,so as to improve the body immunity of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.
