CILIP开展的中小学信息素养教育实践研究

摘　　要：信息素养起源于图书馆界,图书馆界有能力也有责任推动中小学信息素养教育的发展。以英国皇家特许图书情报职业者协会(CILIP)及其下设的信息素养小组(ILG)为例,利用网络调研法和文献调研法,调研该协会开展中小学信息素养教育的相关实践,发现其内容包括培养学生的综合能力、提升教育者的教育技能、号召全社会的共同参与。参考CILIP的实践经验,我国图书馆界应当从以下三个方面开展中小学信息素养教育:建立专门组织,提供多元化资源与服务;借助多方力量,开展多样性项目与活动;重视学校图书馆员,提升全方位素质与能力。Information literacy derives from the library,therefore the library has ability and responsibility to promote the development of information literacy instruction in schools.The case of the CILIP and its ILG is studied by network survey and literature survey to investigate association's practice of information literacy instruction in schools.It shows that the association attaches importance to training students'comprehensive ability,promoting the education skills of educators and calling for the participation of the whole society.Learning from the CILIP, libraries in China should set up a professional organization to provide various resources and services,carry out diverse projects and activities with social forces,and improve school librarians'quality and ability.
