摘  要:受COVID-19疫情影响,大多数高校教师开展线上教学.在熟悉教学流程后,如何保证在线教学质量、如何实现课程的育人目标成为亟需解决的现实问题.本文以动物性食品卫生学为例,以超星平台为依托,从建设课程资源、优化教学内容、开展线上测试、加强督学管理、做好课后服务等几个方面阐述了疫情形势下校本SPOC课程建设与教学组织,以实现课程的育人目标.Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,most colleges and universities carry out online teaching.After being familiar with the teaching process,how to ensure the quality of online teaching and how to achieve the educational goals of the course have become a real problem that needs to be solved urgently.The paper took animal derived food hygiene as an example,based on the superstar platform,explained the school-based SPOC curriculum construction and teaching organization under the epidemic situation from the aspects of building curriculum resources,optimizing teaching content,conducting online tests,strengthening supervision management,and providing after-school services,so as to achieve the educational goals of the curriculum.
