摘　　要：众所周知,PE膜在机组式凹印机上的印刷应用中,套印的精度和稳定性一直是很难突破的重点,印刷套印精度的不稳定性也是造成浪费的重要因素之一。本文详细介绍了LDPE(IPE)膜在高速凹版印刷上的套印关键控制点,并提出各个PE膜在印刷中设定参数要点、印刷制版工艺以及设备等PE膜印刷的解决方案。As we know,in the printing application of PE film on the gravure printing machine,the accuracy and stability of registering has always been a key point that is difficult to break through.The instability of printing register accuracy is also one of the important factors that cause waste.This paper introduces the key control points of LDPE(IPE)film register on high-speed gravure printing.and puts forward the solution of PE film printing such as setting parameters,plate making process and equipment of each PE film in printing.
