摘 要:目的:研究黏蛋白15(Mucin 15,MUC15)、性别决定基因盒9(sex-determining region Y box 9,SOX9)以及表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)在口腔鳞癌中的表达,分析三者之间的相关性。方法:选取2016年9月~2018年9月在我院病理科口腔鳞癌组织切片70例,癌旁组织切片70例以及正常口腔黏膜切片70例,分别经免疫组化染色后给予阳性结果判定。结果:癌组织MUC15、SOX9、EGFR染色强度、阳性表达高于癌旁组织和正常口腔黏膜,癌旁组织MUC15、SOX9、EGFR染色强度、阳性表达高于正常口腔黏膜(P<0.05)。低分化程度患者MUC15、SOX9、EGFR阳性表达高于高-中分化患者;有淋巴结转移患者MUC15、SOX9、EGFR阳性表达高于无淋巴结转移患者;Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者MUC15、SOX9、EGFR阳性表达高于Ⅰ期+Ⅱ期患者(P<0.05)。MUC15、SOX9、EGFR口腔鳞癌患者组织中阳性表达之间呈正相关。结论:MUC15、SOX9、EGFR在口腔鳞癌患者组织中显示高表达,与患者分化程度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期有关;MUC15、SOX9、EGFR之间呈正相关,参与口腔鳞癌发展。Objective:To study the expression and correlation of Mucin 15(MUC15),sex-determining region Y box 9(SOX9),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods:From September 2016 to September 2018,70 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue sections,70 cases of paracancerous tissue sections and 70 cases of normal oral mucosa paraffin embedded tissue sections were selected.The positive results were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results:The staining intensity and positive expression of MUC15,SOX9 and EGFR in cancer tissue were higher than those in cancer tissue and normal oral mucosa,and in cancer tissue were higher than those in normal oral mucosa(P<0.05).The positive expression of MUC15,SOX9 and EGFR in patients with low differentiation was higher than that with high middle differentiation(P<0.05),with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),in stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between MUC15, SOX9 and EGFR in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion:MUC15,SOX9 and EGFR were highly expressed in oral squamous cell carcinoma,which was related to the degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.
