摘  要:目的:探讨橘络模型在口腔颌面显微外科教学培训中的应用效果。方法:将40名学员随机分配,对照组20名学员采用传统橡皮片缝合训练,实验组20名学员加用橘络模型进行训练,比较两组学员在鼠尾动脉吻合操作中的即刻通畅率、远期通畅率、操作耗时和操作准确性等方面的差异,并针对教学培训效果进行问卷调查。结果:40名学员均顺利完成操作培训和考核,实验组学员在操作准确性评分、即刻通畅率和远期通畅率评分上均显著高于对照组,完成血管吻合的操作耗时也明显少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组在训练效果、模型仿真度及训练强度等多维度自评得分上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用橘络模型进行口腔颌面显微外科的临床前培训,成本低廉,效果显著,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the application of tangerinepith model in teaching and training of oral-maxillofacial microsurgery.Methods:The 40 trainees were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 20 in each group.The control group was trained with rubber sheet while the experimental group was trained with tangerinepith model additionally.The difference of primary patency,short-term patency,operation time and accuracy were compared.Questionnaire survey was used to analyze the effect of training.Results:All the 40 trainees successfully completed the training and assessment.The operation accuracy score,primary patency and short-term patency of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the operation time was significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the tangerinepith model was significantly superior to the rubber-sheet model in training effect,model fidelity and training intensity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pre-clinical training of oral maxillofacial microsurgery using tangerinepith model was cheap,effective and worth of promotion.
