摘 要:区块链技术是近些年来的一项新兴科技,其去中心化、不可篡改、公开透明等特点,颠覆了以往数据管理方式的理念,给现行的企业客户关系管理(CRM)带来了机会与挑战。我国的商业银行因为其特有的金融属性,决定了其对数据的管理要求更为严格苛刻。这就要求商业银行不但要从各个方面审视CRM中的管控系统在新技术下的适应情况,还应特别针对特有的金融属性,在提升系统性能的同时兼顾系统的合规性,将客户信息安全放在首要位置,才能最终实现区块链技术在客户关系管理系统中的完美应用。As a new technology in recent years,block chain has brought a challenge to the traditional conception of data management because of its characteristics such as decentralization,unforgeability,openness and transparency,and also challenged the CRM for modern enterprises.This requires commercial banks not only to examine the adaptability of the management and control system in CRM under the new technology from all aspects,but also to focus on the unique financial attributes.While improving the per formance of the system,the compliance of the system should also be taken into account,and the security of customer information should be put in the first place.Only in this way can the per fect application of blockchain technology in CRM system be realized.
