摘 要:针对国内外传热实验、临界热流密度实验和气泡行为可视化实验的实验平台,对其热流密度、冷却剂、实验主目标以及应用领域等多个角度进行研究。分析各个实验平台的加热方式以及常用的温度、流量测量仪器的差异性。通过比较,提出采用屏蔽泵作为主泵,在回路中添加稳压器、回热器、预热器、混合器和热交换器等仪器设备的新实验回路方案;在此方案的基础上添加高速摄像机、微距镜头、空隙探针等设备便可进行气泡行为可视化等实验。For the experimental platforms of heat transfer experiment,critical heat flux experiment and bubble behavior visualization experiment at home and abroad,the heat flux,coolant,main experimental target and application field were studied.The heating methods of each experimental platform and the differences of temperature and flow measurement instruments in common use were analyzed.By comparing with each other,a new experimental circuit scheme using shield pump as the main pump and adding stabilizer,regenerator,preheater,mixer and heat exchanger in the circuit is proposed.With this scheme,high speed camera,macro lens,gap probe and other instruments and equipment can be added to conduct bubble behavior visualization experiments.
