高校在线教学运行应急管理策略研究

摘　　要：为保障疫情防控下在线教学运行秩序的稳定,分析了高校教学运行中存在的问题,如行政管理部门指导在线教学经验不足,师生均缺少线上教学经验,教学资源利用不合理。提出面对疫情教学运行应急管理的策略:应增强组织管理和制度建设,加大师资培训力度,建立信息联动机制,完善信息反馈机制。In order to guarantee the steady of online teaching order under prevention and control of the epidemic,the paper analyzes the problems of teaching in colleges and universities,such that administrative departments lack the experience of guiding online teaching,teachers and students lack online education experience,and teaching resources utilization is irrational.Strategies of emergency management of teaching operation under the epidemic are proposed,i.e.strengthening organization management and system construction,enhancing teacher training,establishing information linkage mechanism,and perfecting information feedback mechanism.
