摘　　要：为加强国有企业对人工智能的应用,促进企业发展,阐述了人工智能在企业管理中的应用意义,提出了人工智能的有效应用策略,即转变传统管理的思想观念,创建优质的人工智能应用环境,建立完善的人工智能管理机制,对人工智能系统进行集中管理,明确国有企业战略发展规划,建立数据库,创新企业人才管理。In order to strengthen the application of artificial intelligence in state-owned enterprises and promote the development of enterprises,this paper expounds the application significance of artificial intelligence in enterprise management and puts forward the effective application strategy of artificial intelligence,i.e.to change the traditional ideas of management,create a high-quality artificial intelligence application environment,establish a perfect artificial intelligence management mechanism,centralize the management of artificial intelligence system,clarify the strategic development plan of state-owned enterprises,establish a database and innovate enterprise talent management.
