摘　　要：目的探讨CD14mRNA、TLR4mRNA在帕金森综合征患者中的表达及意义。方法2018-02—11焦作市第二人民医院收治的80例帕金森综合征患者为实验组,80例健康志愿者为对照组。应用RT-PCR技术检测2组CD14mRNA、TLR4mRNA基因表达水平,同时探讨CD14mRNA、TLR4mRNA在帕金森综合征患者中的表达与患者性别、年龄、病程、H-Y分期、运动并发症、服用受体激动剂、服用L-DOPA等相关性。结果实验组CD14mRNA、TLR4mRNA表达水平显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组探讨CD14mRNA、TLR4mRNA表达水平与患者性别比例、年龄分布、病程、运动并发症、服用药物等无显著差异(P>0.05),而与患者病理H-Y分期相关性显著(P<0.05)。结论CD14mRNA及TLR4mRNA在帕金森综合征患者中的表达具有显著性,固有免疫系统有可能参与了帕金森患者病情发生、发展的全过程,对帕金森患者的发展具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA in patients with Parkinsonism.Methods From February 2018 to November 2018,80 patients with Parkinson's syndrome admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jiaozuo City were the experimental group,and 80 healthy volunteers were the control group.RT-PCR technology was used to detect the differences in the expression levels of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA genes in the two groups of patients.At the same time,the expression of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA in patients with Parkinson's syndrome and the patient's gender,age,course of disease,HY staging,exercise complications,and receptor stimulation were discussed.Relevance of medicine,taking L-DOPA,etc.Results The expression levels of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05;the subjects in the experimental group explored the expression levels of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA and the sex ratio,age distribution,course of disease,and concurrency of patients Symptoms,taking drugs,etc.,no significant difference,P>0.05,but the correlation with the patient’s pathological HY stage is significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The expression of CD14mRNA and TLR4mRNA in patients with Parkinson's syndrome is significant,and the innate immune system may be involved in the entire process of Parkinson's disease occurrence and development,which has a guiding significance for the development of Parkinson's patients.
