难治性胃溃疡治疗依从性及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的 探究难治性胃溃疡治疗依从性及其影响因素.方法 抽取2018年1月~2019年12月期间收入难治性胃溃疡患者总计244例作为本次观察对象,统计患者临床一般资料,带入Logistic回归方程进行计算,分析难治性胃溃疡治疗依从性相关影响因素.结果 难治性胃溃疡中,不依从人数为131例,占比53.69%,对比依从与不依从患者临床一般资料,结果显示,两组在文化程度、居住地、医疗支付、医患关系、疾病知识掌握情况存在差异(P<0.05),将上述有差异资料带入Logistic回归方程计算,发现文化程度、居住地、医疗支付、医患关系、疾病知识掌握情况为难治性胃溃疡依从性相关影响因素.结论 难治性胃溃疡依从性影响因素较多,依据相关因素有针对性开展合理措施,能有效提高患者治疗依从性,促进病情康复.Objective To study the influence factors of treatment compliance in intractable gastric ulcer patients.Methods 244 intractable gastric ulcer patients treated from October 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were chosen.Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the influence factors of treatment compliance in intractable gastric ulcer patients.Results There were 131 noncompliance cases(53.69%);patient’s education degree,residence place,medical payment,doctor-patient relationship and disease knowledge mastery conditions between compliance cases and noncompliance cases were significantly different(P<0.05).Logistic regression equation indicated that the risk factors of treatment compliance included education degree,residence place,medical payment,doctor-patient relationship and disease knowledge mastery conditions.Conclusion There are multiple influence factors of treatment compliance in intractable gastric ulcer patients.The proper intervention measures can be taken to increase the treatment compliance and promote the fast recovery.
