丙酮酸激酶M2蛋白与胃癌的临床病理联系

摘　　要：目的探究丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)蛋白在胃癌组织表达及其与胃癌临床病理与预后的联系。方法随机收集本院2017年3月—2019年3月收治的胃癌患者90例,根据病情,分早期组(n=46)和进展期组(n=44),同期门诊体检的45例健康人员作为对照组,检验并对比胃癌患者与健康人员间的PKM2水平,分析早期组、进展期组PKM2水平与临床病理特征以及预后关系,Logistic分析胃癌预后的影响因素。结果胃癌患者的PKM2水平显著高于健康人员的,P<0.05,差异具统计学意义;早期胃癌病情发展与年龄、性别、病理分级差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;早期胃癌病情发展与年龄、性别、病理分级差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;影响胃癌预后的独立因素是PKM2阳性,P<0.05。结论在胃癌组织之中,PKM2蛋白的表达升高,能够对胃癌的发生及发展进行促进,并且还会使患者的预后受到影响,这说明PKM2蛋白表达同胃癌临床病例之间存在联系。Objective To explore the association between the expression of pyruvate kinase M2(PKM2)protein in gastric cancer tissue and its clinical pathology and prognosis of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March2019 were randomly selected.According to the condition,the early group(n=46)and the advanced group(n=44)were included,and 45 healthy people in the outpatient clinic were used as health personnel.In the control group,the PKM2 levels between gastric cancer patients and healthy persons were examined and compared.The relationship between PKM2 levels and clinicopathological features and prognosis in early and advanced groups was analyzed.Logistic analysis of the prognostic factors of gastric cancer was performed.Results The PKM2 level of patients with gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy people,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;there was no significant difference between the development of early gastric cancer and age,gender,pathological grade,P>0.05;the independent factor influencing the progno sis of gastric cancer was PKM2 positive,P<0.05.Conclusion The increased expression of PKM2 protein in gastric cancer can promote the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and also affect the prognosis of patients,which indicates that there is a relationship between PKM2 protein expression and clinical cases of gastric cancer.
