摘 要:目的 探讨人工智能专家系统在临床麻醉教学中的应用可行性,并评价该类教学模式的应用效果.方法 以某医院麻醉科160名学员为研究对象,并将其随机分成两组,以描述性分析和t检验对照传统麻醉带教模式与人工智能专家系统辅助教学模式的应用差异与效果评价.结果 人工智能专家系统在临床麻醉教学中的应用能显著提升学员的理论知识(t=2.374,P=0.020<0.05)与麻醉操作知识(t=2.583,P=0.019<0.05),并且学员对该类教学模式的满意度显著高于其对传统麻醉教学模式的满意度(t=10.377,P=0.001<0.05).结论 人工智能专家系统在临床麻醉教学应用中前景广阔,该模式的应用既能提升学员的知识与技能,又能为麻醉医生培养范式变革增添动力.Objective To discuss the feasibility of applying artificial intelligence expert system in clinical anesthesia teaching and to evaluate the application effect of the expert system teaching mode.Methods Taking 160 students in anesthesiology department of a hospital as the research object,and randomly dividing them into two groups,this research used descriptive analysis and t test to compare the application difference and effect between traditional anesthesia teaching mode and artificial intelligence expert system assisted teaching mode.Results The application of artificial intelligence expert system in clinical anesthesia teaching can significantly improve students’theoretical knowledge(t=2.374,P=0.020<0.05)and anesthesia operation knowledge(t=2.583,P=0.019<0.05),and students’satisfaction with this type of teaching mode is significantly higher than that with traditional anesthesia teaching mode(t=10.377,P=0.001<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial intelligence expert system in clinical anesthesia teaching has a broad prospect.The application of this model can not only improve the knowledge and skills of students,but also add vitality to the transformation of anesthesia training paradigm.
