妇产科住院医师培训模式效果评价及探讨

摘　　要：目的对目前妇产科住院医师的培训模式效果进行评价。方法通过随机抽样的方法,挑选哈尔滨市某妇产科培训基地参与妇产科住院医师培训的学员为调查对象,通过自填式调查问卷收集信息,运用均数±标准差(x±s)进行一般描述,用t检验进行两组间均数的比较,采用χ~2检验对计数资料进行分析。结果妇产科住院医师对培训模式的评价为普遍满意;妇产科住院医师在经过规范化培训后,参与培训的学员无论在理论考核上还是技能考核上,考核成绩明显提升;大多数住院医师在经过住院医师规范化培训后行为得到显著提高。结论在妇产科住院医师规范化期间,没有发生患者投诉率和医疗事故率。目前的妇产科住院医师培训模式还是值得肯定的。Objective To evaluate the effect of the training mode of Obstetrics and Gynecology residents.Methods By random sampling method,selecting residency training students in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Harbin for the survey,collecting information by the self-administered questionnaire,using(x±s)general description,comparing mean between the two groups using t test,and usingχ2 test for count data analysis.Results It is showed that obstetrics and gynecology residents were generally satisfied with the training model,that after standardized training,the trainees in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department have obviously improved their examination results both in theoretical assessment and skill assessment,and that most residents had significantly improved behaviors after standardized residency training.Conclusion During the period of standardized residents training in Obstetrics and Gynecology,there is no patient complaint and medical accident.The current Department of Obstetrics and gynecology residency training mode is worthy of recognition.
