摘  要:薄荷始载于《唐本草》,为我国传统中药。薄荷化学成分主要包括薄荷醇和薄荷酮等挥发性成分与甾体、黄酮、三萜等非挥发性成分。具有抗炎、抗真菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗辐射等多种药理作用。薄荷作为一种药食两用植物,在日常生活中已被广泛应用于制药、食品、化妆品以及香料香精等多个领域。本文对唇形科植物薄荷的化学成分、药理作用与产品研发工作进行了综述,为今后进一步分析、探讨薄荷的药效物质基础和作用机制提供理论基础,并为相关新产品的研发提供参考。Mentha haplocalyx Briq.is firstly recorded in Tang material medica and it is a traditional Chinese medicine.Its chemical components include volatile components such as menthol and menthone,also non-volatile components such as steroids,flavonoids and triterpenoids.It has multiple pharmacological effects include anti-inflammatory,anti-fungal,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,and anti-radiation.As a kind of edible herb,it has been widely used in many fields such as pharmaceuticals,food,cosmetics,spices and fragrances in daily life.This paper comprehensively summarizes the important research progress on chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and product development of M.haplocalyx.It provides a theoretical basis for further analysis and discussion of the pharmacodynamic basis and functional mechanism of M.haplocalyx,and provides a reference for the development of related new products.
