摘 要:目的:设计高压氧舱自动控制系统,提高高压氧舱自动控制的稳定性。方法:该系统采用内环PID(proportional integral differential)、外环辅以专家库及自适应算法设计。其中硬件包含工作站、端口模块、传感器、执行器等,采用Delphi7编写采样、输出、控制等代码。结果:该系统能够通过专家库及自适应算法动态调整PID参数,使高压氧舱自动控制曲线逐渐趋向于理论曲线,提高了自动控制的智能性。结论:该系统具有稳定性高、自适应强、抗突发故障等特点,能够满足不同氧舱在不同治疗方案下的自动控制要求。Objective To design an automatic control system to enhance the stability of automatic control of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber.Methods The system was designed involving in inner-loop proportional integral differential(PID)as well as outer-loop expert library and self-adaptive algorithm.The hardware contained a workstation,port modules,sensors,actuators and etc,and Delphi7 was used to write the codes for sampling,output,control and etc.Results The system developed regulated the parameters by expert library and self-adaptive algorithm,so that the automatic control curve of the hyperbaric oxygen chamber gradually tended to be the theoretical curve,which improved the intelligence of automatic control.Conclusion The system developed gains advantages in stability,self-adaptability,resistance to sudden failure,and can meet the requirements of automatic control for different treatment plans.
