摘  要:微型轴流泵在医疗辅助供血上应用广泛,但大多数都是恒流供血的模式,目前还没有有关轴流泵在提供搏动性辅助的研究。本文通过建立实验模型,控制反馈系统,利用压力传感器、流量传感器实时监测系统压力和流量,研究了轴流血泵在提供搏动性血流的可行性。结果显示,该轴流泵能较好的达到搏动血流的灌注效果,压力曲线逼近自然搏动曲线,流量达到灌注需求,并初步验证了该方法下血泵的溶血性能。Miniature axial flow pumps are widely used in medical auxiliary blood supply,but most of them are models of constant flow blood supply,and there is no research on axial flow pumps providing pulsatile assistance.In this paper,the feasibility of the axial blood pump in providing pulsatile blood flow was studied by establishing experimental models,controlling the feedback system,and monitoring the system pressure and flow in real time by pressure sensors and flow sensors.The results showed that the axial flow pump can better achieve the perfusion effect of pulsatile blood flow,the pressure curve is close to the natural pulsation curve,the flow rate meets the perfusion demand,and verified preliminarily the hemolytic performance of the blood pump of this method.
