摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,基于信息技术的远程医疗健康服务不断扩展,糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)作为以影像学检查为主的眼部疾病,在远程医疗健康服务占据有利地位。本文对远程医疗在DR筛查、患者治疗、远程会诊方面的应用做了详细的阐述,深入分析远程医疗在提高医疗资源利用率、随访率、早期治疗率和降低医疗费用等方面的优势,旨在为远程医疗在DR诊疗中的应用提供依据和参考。With the development of information technology,telemedicine health services based on information technology continue to expand.Diabetic retinopathy(DR),as an eye disease mainly based on imaging examination,occupies an advantageous position in telemedicine health services.The application of telemedicine in DR screening,patient treatment,and remote consultation was elaborated in this article.The advantages of telemedicine in improving the utilization rate of medical resources,follow-up rate,early treatment rate and reducing medical expenses were analyzed in depth in this article.We hope to provide a basis and reference for the application of telemedicine in the diagnosis and treatment of DR.
