摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下金属钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗溃疡性上消化道出血的效果及对患者炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取我院2018年3月~2019年11月收治的98例溃疡性上消化道出血的患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各49例,对照组予以常规内科治疗,观察组予以内镜下金属钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗。对比两组患者止血效果、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果观察组止血成功率(95.92%)高于对照组(79.59%),再出血率(4.08%)低于对照组(20.41%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对溃疡性上消化道出血的患者采用内镜下金属钛夹联合注射肾上腺素治疗可提高止血效果,改善炎性因子水平,降低不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with Adrenaline treating ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 98 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the lottery grouping method,each had 49 cases.The control group received conventional medical treatment,and the observation group received endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Adrenaline injection.The hemostatic effect,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The hemostatic success rate in the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(79.59%),and the rebleeding rate(4.08%)was lower than that in the control group(20.41%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatmentthe,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding with endoscopic metal titanium clips combined with Adrenaline therapy can improve hemostatic effect,improve inflammation and reduce adverse reactions.
