摘　　要：目的:探索2010-2019年间我国医科院校大学新生心理症状的变化趋势及其性别和城乡差异。方法:采用横断历史meta分析方法分析33673名医学院校大学新生在症状自评量表(SCL-90)上的得分,考察不同性别和生源地大学新生心理症状的差异和随年份变化的趋势。结果:医学院校大学新生心理症状整体上呈上升趋势,不同性别和不同生源地新生在躯体化和强迫维度上的得分均随年份逐年上升,女性和乡村大学生在多个维度上的得分高于男性和城镇大学生。结论:医学院校大学新生的多数心理症状有随年份上升的趋势,需要给予更多关注。Objective:To explore the change trend of psychological symptoms in medical college freshmen from 2010 to 2019 and gender and urban-rural differences.Methods:By using the cross-temporal meta-analysis,the scores of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)in a sample of 33673 medical college freshmen were analyzed.Results:The scores of SCL-90 were positively correlated with year,which indicated that the mental health level of medical college freshman had been decreased.The scores of somatization and obsession-compulsion were positively correlated with year in both male and female,urban and rural freshman.The mental health level of female and rural freshman were lower than that of male and urban freshman.Conclusion:Most of the psychological symptoms of medical college freshmen have a trend of increasing with the years,which needs more attention.
